By accessing or using gexc.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

GEXC Labs is an AI venture studio. The Site provides corporate information about GEXC Labs, our platform, ventures, news, careers, and portfolio companies. Portfolio products — including MyPDF.io, Recruit.win, Resume.win, and Any.win — are separate offerings and may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and agreements.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and does not create a client, partnership, employment, or investment relationship unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content in an abusive or excessive manner
• Submit spam, malware, or deceptive content through forms
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and layout — are owned by GEXC Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites and portfolio company products. Those sites are not controlled by GEXC Labs for purposes of these Terms, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of portfolio products is subject to each product's own terms.

Submitting an inquiry, partnership request, or job interest does not create an obligation for GEXC Labs to respond, interview, hire, or enter into any agreement. Materials you submit should not include confidential information unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEXC LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEXC Labs and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
