This policy applies to gexc.com, our corporate communications, careers listings, contact forms, and related GEXC Labs corporate properties. Individual portfolio companies — including MyPDF.io, Recruit.win, Resume.win, and Any.win — may operate under their own privacy policies at their respective domains.

Where a portfolio product has its own privacy policy, that product policy controls for data processed in that product.

Information you provide. Name, email address, company name, inquiry type, message content, job application details, and any other information you submit through forms or email.

Automatically collected information. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, and similar usage data.

Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies, local storage, and analytics tools (such as PostHog or Google Analytics when configured) to understand site usage and improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
